Privacy & your records

Rental inquiries and participant waiver records are stored privately for authorized venue managers. Records include submitted details, event and date, exact waiver text/version, consent, typed signature and signing time. New rental inquiries and completed waiver records are queued for emailed copies to barn4wellness@gmail.com using Resend; emailing remains pending until the sending service is configured. Original records remain in the access-controlled inbox even if emails fail. No marketing or photography consent is collected. Optional music is off by default. Choosing Load Spotify player connects to Spotify, which may use cookies under its privacy policy; Stop & close removes the player and stops playback.
